    【工作概要】
    As a Senior Recruiter you will play a key role in working with our hiring leaders in assigned functions
    across the company to develop recruiting strategies that will identify and attract brilliant talent to our team.
    You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results.
    ・Report on recruitment activities.
    ・Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques
    that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals,
    and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
    ・Own the candidate recruiting lifecycle.
    ・Provide innovative approaches to help drive our hiring process and the overall candidate
    and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs

    【部署構成】
    Total of 16 existing team members in APAC:
    1lead, 6professional recruiters, 1 UR recruiter,
    3sourcers, 5coordinators

應徵條件

  • 應徵條件

    【必須】
    ・More than 3 years technical recruiting experience with proven experience ,
    hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions with experience in HW/SW, AI, Deep Learning or other engineering functions.
    ・Good command of written and oral English.
    ・Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
    ・Experience project handling recruiting projects, multiple searches and clients.

    ・Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
