• 工作内容

  1. Reconciliation of Monthly and Yearly closing with all general ledgers.
  2. Regularly review and analyze financial statements, and extract and resolve issues.
  3. Review of Monthly, Quarterly and annual financial statements and consolidated package.
  4. Monitor accounts receivables aging and follow-up on collections and create resolution.
  5. Monitor inventories and preparation and declaration of slow-moving inventory disposal plans.
  6. Monitor of fixed assets and preparation and declaration of disposal plans.
  7. Regularly monitor and analyze cash-flow and create fund management and fundraising plans as needed.
  8. Review of various declaration documents such as VAT return, Tax filing and etc.
  9. Preparation of annual budget plan and revised plan.
  10. Review of monthly reports submitted to headquarter
  11. Preparation of budget meeting materials
  12. Correspondence to ensure compliance with all Group Policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit requirements.
  13. Reconciliation of various documents, materials and etc. other than above related to finance and accounting and taxation.
  14. Preparation and correspondence to accounting audits.
  15. Preparation and corresponding to tax audits by tax authorities
  16. Preparation of monthly work schedule and confirmation of progress.
  17. Collecting information on notifications from government and tax authorities and educating department members
  18. Creation of annual education plans for subordinates
  19. Review and update company regulations
  20. Review and update internal control documents
  21. Correspondence to irregular business requests from managing director and superiors.
