Through his years of experience, Mr. Soejima built his expertise and uses it to help his clients find the right talent for their companies. He has worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years, proving his abilities to bring the companies he worked for to greater heights.

Mr. Soejima started his career in the recruitment industry after he graduated from university. He quickly rose through the ranks and was made the team leader in his second year. His capabilities have taken him far as he joined the Reeracoen brand in 2015, achieving outstanding results as a career consultant for corporate sales and job seekers. In 2021, Mr. Soejima was appointed as the upper management for the offices in Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam. As an advocate for the saying, “Nothing worth having comes easy.”, Mr. Soejima is a hard worker with an unwavering attitude at work, thus earning the respect of those around him.

Upon graduating from university, Mr. Soejima decided to venture into the recruitment industry as he developed an interest in career and education for businesses and he has never looked back since. As a disciplined and active person, Mr. Soejima has a routine of jogging for a few hours in the morning every weekend to appreciate and soak in the beauty of nature.

After graduating with a degree in Psychology in 2015, Mr. Matsubara joined a semiconductor manufacturer, spending five years as a domestic sales agent in Japan and a year in overseas sales for the Taiwan market. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in sales, client relations, and cross-cultural communication within the semiconductor industry.

In 2021, he moved to Taiwan on a Working Holiday visa. While spending a year at a language center of a national university to learn Mandarin , he deepened his understanding of local life and culture. During this period, he became acquainted with REERACOEN as a Japanese recruitment firm with a strong presence in the Asian market. Attracted by the firm’s long-standing and solid relationships of trust with Japanese enterprises in Taiwan, he joined Reeracoen Taiwan Co., Ltd. in 2022.

After joining REERACOEN, Mr. Matsubara initially managed career consultations for over 500 candidates per year as a Career Advisor. He then transitioned to the role of Recruit Advisor, supporting over 100 multi-national clients with a focus on the semiconductor, manufacturing, and IT industries. Appointed Branch Manager in 2025, he currently leads branch operations and organizational development to further enhance service excellence.

Having majored in Psychology with an early aspiration to become a counselor, Mr. Matsubara now channels that same empathy into the field of recruitment. By connecting "people" with "enterprises," he is dedicated to listening closely to each individual’s aspirations, passionately striving to create the perfect match for both employers and job seekers.
