Job Description

【工作內容】
• Responsible for customer journey in DTC environment to achieve business results.
• Optimize the backbone of the site, including navigation structures, merchandising location, and user flow across those pages across and through funnel.
• Develop CRO plan with effective prioritization based on business and customer impact, and execution & analysis by team.
• Oversee activity plan according to annual marketing calendar to drive conversion and reach target.
• Collaborate with performance marketing manager and make sure excellent execution of campaign to drive traffic and sales.
• Work closely with the front-end developers on the IT team to improve purchasing journey to increasing customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Analysis on site performance (include but not limited to product portfolio, customer profile, and competitor etc.) to identify actionable opportunities.
