【工作內容】
HR Training & Development
- Manage and implement the training programs for all staff, especially the regulatory ones by SITCA
- Implement and develop training programs to support the business/ employees needs
- Design and conduct New Employee’s Orientation programs
- Cooperate with external suppliers for training arrangement
Recruitment
- Conduct recruitment, including permanent, contractor and intern, as well as cooperate with the 3rd party
- Co-work with hiring manager to select the suitable person
Employee Relationship
- Plan and conduct employee relationship related activities
- Delivery quality service in a timely manner to key stakeholders to enhance employee engagement
- Support employee communication activities
HR Operation
- Maintain Training Record, SITCA related reports & Org Chart
- Arrange HR department meeting effectively
Others
- Maintaining Job Descriptions of HR & Administration
- Supports other HR team members

【必需條件】
Academic Qualification:
-Bachelor or above, in HR related field such as human resources management, business management, business administration, industrial psychology or similar
Experience:
-At least 3 year of experience in HR field
Knowledge:
-Fundamental HR concepts
-Knowledge of Asset management companies expectation needs is a plus
Skills:
-Able to collect, analyze and interpret statistical data to make recommendations to management regarding the utilization of human resources programs
-Excellent communication skills
-Analytical thinking
-Interview skills
-Good written and verbal English
