  【工作內容】
  1.Under instruction from division head and work with colleague to support customers and to achieve sales plan.
  2.Conduct action plan to achieve sales goals and new product qualification, then present weekly and monthly within
  division meetings.
  3.Prepares sales forecasts on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to company.
  4.Integrate with local sales team (sales administrator etc.) for any sales activities such as sales forecast update,
  quotation preparation, product planning, delivery arrangement, billing etc.
  5.Cooperate and work with engineering departments including IC socket and component design team and field service
  engineering team to achieve sales goals.
  6.Information Management and Reporting
  6.1 Attend outside meetings, such as company group meetings, seminars, trade shows, conventions, and conferences
  for both sharing and learning purposes.
  6.2 Coordinates a variety of information with other staff members in other departments, other facilities, and other
  subsidiaries in establishing and carrying out responsibilities
  6.3 Collects, interprets, evaluates, and summarizes information for the purpose of reporting to senior management to
  assist with the decision-making process
  6.4 Plans, coordinates, and prepares both routine and special requested reports, surveys, research information, and
  presentations related to departmental work activities
  7.Other and Miscellaneous
  7.1 Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
  7.2 Reports all irregular issues and problems for resolution to senior management.
