  【A Typical Day】
  ・Works cross-functionally with the Heads of DTC & Brand to understand strategic initiatives to achieve business goals
  ・Develop Customer Service Sales Consultants by providing training, coaching and support
  ・Approve returns requests
  ・Schedule regular coaching meetings with staff
  ・Assign tasks to team members and ensure tasks completed timely and accurately
  ・Ensure team achieves performance goals
  ・Support customer loyalty program
  ・Produce weekly and monthly service reports
