【工作內容】
- Manage the employee’s join, transfer and leave processes: include manpower status management, on boarding/transfer/leave without pay/leave procedures, employee personal file management (include world check report).
- Manage the monthly payroll and quarterly sales incentive calculation, Personnel cost management, and annual income tax filing.
- Human Resources Information and related system data management: manage employee personal data (HRIS and SA system) and Smart Flow system (Leave application and Overtime application system).
- Insurance Management: Manages employees and dependent insurance programs (labor insurance, national health insurance, labor pension and group life insurance) and claim procedures.
- Support HR reports maintenance.
- Support foreign employee (including the Board members) and family members work/living in Taiwan: relocation, working permit, visa and ARC application…etc.

【必須條件】
Academic Qualification:
-Bachelor, in HR related field such as business management, business administration, or similar
Experience:
-At least 6 years working experience in Compensation & Benefit areas both in planning and execution
【其他條件】
Knowledge:
-General knowledge of business operations
-Knowledge of local LSL (Labor Standard Law) and company policies
-Knowledge of current payroll legislation and statutory requirements
-Knowledge of Asset management companies expectation needs
Skills:
-Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
-Good written and verbal English
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Organizational skills (strong ability to manage deadlines and coordinate tasks)
-Consultancy skills
-Professional skill in remuneration. Ex. Job analysis, pay scale, construction skill
