    We are recruiting dedicated inside sales, responsible for conducting performance reviews, operational review and maintenance for key account.

    Role:
    Inside Sales Representative

    【業務内容】
    -Performance review
    -Daily/Weekly reporting
    -Track shipment
    -Handle customer complaints and resolve issue
    -Communicate with various parties, including service vendor, internal operation team, warehouse parties, gather information and resolve issues.
    -Report on operational problems from identified, management reports and escalate in a timely manner.
    -Assist in other departments as necessary.

    【必須條件】
    -Minimum 3 to 5 years of supply chain
    -Basic knowledge and understanding of trade
    -English:Business level (TOEIC 800 over)
