  • 工作内容

    【工作內容】
    1.Work under the review and guidance of key stakeholders (CIO, Head of Domestic Equities, Head of DTI) to keep developing and improve the implementation of an ESG methodology and proprietary approach.
    2.Work along Taiwan equity analysts to help implementing ESG analysis by reviewing companies and meeting with relevant management.
    3.Perform periodical reviews on a list of selected companies for a full review of their ESG engagement, the sustainability of their business and controversy risks.
    4.Actively report and monitor companies for any relevant issues, breaches or controversies to the team.
    5.Help in preparing relevant reporting on individual companies and for the whole firm. Be able to present the review to the team and participate to risk meeting.
    6.Participate to the ongoing improvement of the ESG process.
    7.Present the process to investor, media and regulators when needed.

  • 應徵條件

    【必須條件】
    1. Education: master degree in a science or finance.
    2. Experience: at least 5year experience in ESG field or as a financial analyst, ideallly 10 years experience
    3. Skills:
    -Good at MS Office, Word, Excel and PPT.
    - Good at communication skill, well organized and detail oriented.
    - Good command in English.
