  【工作內容】
  Join our team as a Proactive QA Team Lead! As our QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all resources and equipment requirements for the project are met, training and upskilling team members, communicating with clients and internal team members daily, and creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  
  ・Lead and manage a team of testers and monitor their performance.
  ・Act as primary PTW point of contact for client stakeholders and flag any project-related issues as soon as possible.
  ・Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines. Provide clear expectations via KPIs for your team.
  ・Oversee day-to-day operation and be proactive in resolving any issues or conflicts.
  ・Collaborate with PM and Manager to ensure all project measurables are met, including test case creation and execution, bug vetting, and overall quality.
  ・Write daily status and end-of-project reports.
  ・Escalate issues affecting the project to internal management and the client.
  ・Takes clear ownership and accountability for any issues with a non-defensive attitude.
  ・Coaches and mentor senior testers to ensure quality and gather feedback from the team.
