• Responsibility for pricing and business analyst
• Pricing including
-Managing pricing strategy ; market price analysis ; engaging new business opportunities
-Managing Daily quotation & process flow
-Achieve BU BP & RFF & Gap closure to BP
-As allocation manager during supply tight
-Publish Lead time, MOQ
-Managing Margin & loading
-Design-win & incentive program to customer
-Develop Plans for Business Growth-Mange the relationship with customer
-Liaison of the commercial issue between BU & Sales
• Business Analyst including
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
- Budgeting and forecasting、Planning and Monitoring、Variance Analysis
-Reporting-streamlining and improving of internal reporting
・Qualifications and Experience:
-Business Management, Marketing or Engineering Degree ; master plus
-10 years of sales field related experience is plus
-Experience in a customer facing environment
-Commercial awareness and understanding of pricing & negotiation.
-Knowledge of semiconductors in particular is preferred; analog or power device plus
-An understanding of MOSFET/Battery market would be beneficial.
