  • Job Description

    【工作內容】
    The Product Manager is to manage skincare product lines and effectively achieve
    product marketing goals, including sales targets, recruiting new customers, monitoring the marketing
    mix strategies, operational effectiveness, and brand image.

    1.Liaise between the Taiwan branch office and headquarter for product-related affairs, actively track product development-related progress and affairs, and inform a team member of any changes
    2.Define, plan, and execute strategic marketing programs for existing products and strategies for new product launches to ensure brand growth in sales and awareness
    3. Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ activities, and plan proactive actions
    4.Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
    5.Insure all ATL & BTL collaterals, POSM, samples, and training meant for the launch are well-prepared and delivered accordingly for maximum launch impact
    6.Collect data and feedback on promotional programs and analyze performance and ROI
    7.Continue reviewing SKU assortment and sales performance and advise marketing plan adjustments
    8.Manage the DTC website (PDP/Articles) and tools maximization
    9.Manage A&P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【必須條件】
    1. Solid marketing working experience of 4-5 years in a multinational company.
    2. Experience in product or project management.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Language-Fluent in both Chinese and English
    5.Willingness to learn new skills, be self-motivated and be a team player.
